About Immersive Warm Up
Transforming passive screen time into an energetic, calorie-burning warm-up routine with zero equipment, zero controllers, and pure browser speed.
Active Motion Fitness
Gamers, streamers, and desk workers spend hours sitting down. Our automatic endless runner gets you standing, elevating your heart rate and lubricating key joints in just 3 to 5 minutes.
Pre-Action Radar
By displaying crystal-clear 2-second warnings before every jump, duck, punch, and posture pose, your nervous system anticipates the move, maximizing coordination and eliminating unexpected strain.
Next.js & Unity WebGL
Engineered on Next.js 14 and WebGL for sub-second page loads, zero browser extensions, high-fps rendering, and optimal Google search visibility.
Why 5 Minutes of Endless Warm-Up Changes Your Session
Static stretching before gaming or intense work has been proven less effective than dynamic active motion. Performing explosive shockwave jumps, ducking power squats, and rotational punches activates synovial fluid in your joints, sharpens optical reflexes, and burns approximately 9 to 11 calories per minute.
Muscles Activated During Play:
- Lower Body: Calves, Quads, Glutes & Hamstrings (Jumps & Ducks)
- Upper Body: Anterior Deltoids, Lats, Chest & Shoulders (Punches)
- Core & Spine: Obliques, Thoracic Mobility, Lumbar Posture (Mirror Me)
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any gamepad or keyboard to play?
No! The games operate in full automatic endless runner mode. You stand in front of your display and physically perform the movements (jump, duck, punch left/right, mirror poses) as the warning radar alerts appear on screen.
How does the pre-action warning system work?
Each upcoming action triggers a prominent radar warning 2.0 to 2.5 seconds before reaching you. This gives your neuromuscular system time to prepare, engage the right muscles, and execute safely.
Can I play on my Smart TV or console browser?
Yes! The website and Unity WebGL engine are fully responsive and optimized for TV screens, PC monitors, and mobile displays. Standing 6 to 8 feet from a large TV creates a life-sized arcade warm-up dojo.
How are the calories burned calculated?
The calorie counter uses dynamic MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) values calculated per active movement (jumps, squats, punches, and cadence pace) based on session duration.
